📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
