As a Field Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits at various locations, including retail outlets, branches, and partner establishments. Your daily tasks will include reviewing financial records, assessing compliance with internal procedures, and identifying areas for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting on-site audits at retail outlets, branches, and partner establishments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Reviewing financial records, including sales transactions, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
• Assessing risk management practices and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
• Collaborating with the audit team to develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
• Providing detailed audit reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensuring that all audited locations adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance audit skills and knowledge.
• Building strong relationships with retail managers and staff to foster a culture of compliance and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, risk management, or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid certification in audit or risk management is a plus.
