📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and success.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of all taxes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus.
