📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and coordinate with team members to meet production targets.,Conduct regular equipment and machinery maintenance to prevent downtime.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
