📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by promoting products and services to customers.,Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English skills are a plus.
