📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores, restaurants, and other food service establishments.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and use this information to tailor sales pitches and promotions.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to showcase our products and network with potential customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure that sales goals are met and that customer needs are addressed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficient in using sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
