📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.,Manage and mentor HR teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Partner with business leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Lead and participate in HR projects, including organizational change initiatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.,Strong understanding of HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Professional certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
