Develop and implement growth strategies for Indonesian MSMEs,Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts,Lead and mentor a team of growth specialists,Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business growth, consulting, or a related field,Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving results,Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and the challenges faced by MSMEs,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,Fluent in both English and Indonesian,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
