Smart Max Mandiri is looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve operations and profitability.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Collaborate with regional and corporate management to ensure store goals are met.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems.,Knowledge of retail marketing and promotions.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
