📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Promote and upsell products to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support store operations and achieve business goals.,Participate in store events and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
