As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during banquet events. You will work closely with our event planners and catering staff to ensure that every detail is taken care of.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing excellent service to guests during banquet events
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown
• Ensuring that all banquet areas are clean and well-maintained
• Working with event planners and catering staff to ensure smooth event execution
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to guests
• Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed
• Assisting with inventory management
• Providing customer service and addressing any guest concerns or complaints

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
