📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting guests with their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintaining and cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and tidying up.
• Performing laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals, if required.
• Performing general maintenance tasks, such as restocking amenities and ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination, if applicable.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the property by following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
