Central Link Sentosa is looking for a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our team. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our guests.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary requirements.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays.,Valid food handling certificate.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel is a plus.
