You will work closely with our sales team and leverage our CRM system, Salesforce, to manage and track customer interactions effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Maintain and expand the customer base through effective relationship management.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present sales proposals to potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and drive team performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
