📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the vessel, ensuring safety and efficiency.,Coordinate with the crew to plan and execute maritime operations.,Maintain compliance with maritime laws and regulations.,Manage cargo loading and unloading processes.,Ensure the vessel is well-maintained and in good condition.,Handle communication with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Monitor fuel consumption and other operational costs.,Ensure the crew is properly trained and certified.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certifications.,Strong leadership and decision-making skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language.,Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Experience with cargo handling and vessel maintenance.,Familiarity with maritime safety procedures and protocols.
