📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.
  • Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Support the HR team in the management of employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
  • Support the HR team in the management of HR information systems and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.
  • Support the HR team in the management of HR compliance and legal matters.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and databases.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
