📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare staff,Assist in the creation of training materials and resources,Conduct training needs assessments and evaluations,Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure effective training delivery,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Support the HR department in developing training policies and procedures,Assist in the organization of training workshops and seminars,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development or a related field,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with training software and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid CPNS or similar certification (preferred)
