📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and mentor a team of restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory and budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
