PT Raya Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a proven track record of success, and a passion for financial excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Monitor and manage the budgeting process, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
