📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Supervise a team of employees and provide guidance and support.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and address concerns.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Experience in inventory management and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
