📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's overall training strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a strong focus on employee skills enhancement.,Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing training programs.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Certifications in training and development or related fields are a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
