PT Emas Teratai is seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Bantul. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that our digital products are user-friendly and visually appealing. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring that all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and user experience best practices.,Mentor and guide junior designers, providing them with the necessary support and resources to grow and develop their skills.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that designs are feasible and meet business objectives.,Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into the design process.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, and defend design decisions in a clear and persuasive manner.,Evaluate and iterate on existing designs to improve user experience and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.,Proven experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, or Axure.,Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
