- Create and manage promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and digital ads.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Monitor and analyze promotional campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and market feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in market promotion.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market promotion, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
