📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and distribution.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
• Utilize advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP WM and JDA to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse safety, security, and sustainability.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and driving operational improvements.
• Certification in logistics management, such as APICS CLTD or CPIM, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and experience with SAP WM or JDA is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
