📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on premium eyewear brands and products.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable eyewear solutions.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
• Assist in store setup and maintenance, ensuring a clean and inviting shopping environment.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends and industry developments.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Promote our brand and products through various marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in optical retail, preferably in a premium eyewear setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of eyewear products, brands, and trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about premium eyewear.
