📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process from start to finish,Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulations,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials,Maintain and update production schedules and reports,Conduct quality checks and inspections to identify and address any issues,Train and mentor junior staff members,Work closely with the management team to improve production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
