PT Prima Permata is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Jember, Jawa Timur. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate cost estimation and control in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform cost estimation and control for construction projects.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost plans and schedules.,Monitor and report on project costs and variances.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure cost accuracy.,Prepare and submit tender documents and cost reports.,Analyze and interpret cost data to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company and industry cost management policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying in construction projects.,Proficiency in cost estimation and control software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software tools.
