Apotek Rama Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for efficiency. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Coordinate with external service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
