Lingkungan Citra Bakery is looking for a talented Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design courses to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions both online and in-person, as needed.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Provide support and guidance to employees during the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a remote setting.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
