📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Experience with POS systems and financial software.,Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
