In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clinic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Manage the accounting system and ensure data integrity,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision making,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Train and mentor junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
