📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and partners to foster a talent pipeline.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure a positive and efficient hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and partners.
