📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees to ensure they achieve their training goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices in the industry.
  • Monitor and report on training program outcomes and impact on employee performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
  • Valid certification in training and development is a plus.
