As an Accounting & Tax Specialist, you will work closely with our finance team to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. You will also prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, trial balance, and balance sheet.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management, including income statements, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.
• Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax compliance, preferably in an Indonesian context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (e.g., Pajak Pertambahan Nilai, Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21, Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP would be a plus.
