📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial health of multifamily properties using Yardi Enterprise.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct budgeting and forecasting for properties, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Work closely with property managers, owners, and vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to property managers and owners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate accounting, preferably in a multifamily property management environment.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficient in Yardi Enterprise, Microsoft Office Suite, and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
