In this role, you'll be at the heart of our business development efforts, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align our efforts and maximize our impact.
- Manage and track business development metrics to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.
- Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of JESS Technology.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
