📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire loan lifecycle, from initial application to final disbursement and collection.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and underwriting to ensure loan eligibility and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Monitor loan portfolios, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure profitability and credit quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive loan portfolio growth and meet business objectives.
• Leverage CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage client interactions and loan applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in loan origination and underwriting.
• Provide regular reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan origination, underwriting, or portfolio management.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in loan origination and underwriting (e.g., Certified Loan Officer, Certified Credit Professional) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of loan products and services offered by BDO Unibank.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
