As an HR Generalist, you'll be the backbone of our HR team, supporting our mission to create a positive and productive work environment.
In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals. You'll be responsible for managing our employee engagement programs, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You'll also play a key role in our recruitment process, using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed to source and attract top talent.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development support to employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues.
- Assist with the administration of benefits and payroll, using our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with HR software, including ATS and HRIS, is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
