📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and work orders.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing facility.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
