📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to customers.,Maintain and operate coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, supplies, and equipment.,Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation techniques and customer service.,Ensure a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide a personalized experience.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic bookkeeping.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
