📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment approval and disbursement.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Implement and maintain efficient payment procedures to minimize processing time and costs.
• Monitor and analyze accounts payable metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in accounts payable.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on accounts payable activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in SAP and QuickBooks, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
