📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all security operations and risk management activities for ZIN World's premium properties in Bali.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security and safety protocols to protect guests, staff, and assets.
• Manage and train security teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle various security challenges.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall safety measures and guest experience.
• Implement and manage advanced security technologies such as CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on security and risk management issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in security management or a related field, with at least 5 years in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and risk assessments in high-profile environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate security teams.
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
• Certifications in security management, risk assessment, or a related field are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of Bali's unique security challenges and cultural context.
