In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that empower our customers to effectively use our data platform. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement customer enablement solutions that enhance customer adoption and success with Databricks platform.,Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.,Develop and maintain customer enablement content, including documentation, training materials, and best practices guides.,Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer enablement solutions are technically feasible and scalable.,Monitor customer usage and feedback to continuously improve customer enablement strategies and solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer enablement and data platform technologies.,Provide thought leadership and expertise to internal and external stakeholders on customer enablement topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical support, or a related role in the data or technology industry.,Strong understanding of data platforms, particularly Databricks, and experience with data engineering, data science, or machine learning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to design and implement customer-facing solutions that drive adoption and success.,Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and platforms.,Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security best practices.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
