In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team in Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar, using cutting-edge technology like the LabMaster 2000 and Cobas 6000 analyzers to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results.

As a Medical Laboratory Technologist (Pathology), you will play a crucial role in our pathology department. You will perform a variety of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, and immunology, using state-of-the-art equipment. Your work will directly impact patient outcomes, as your results will guide treatment decisions and monitor patient progress.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform hematology, chemistry, and immunology tests using LabMaster 2000 and Cobas 6000 analyzers.
• Prepare and stain tissue samples for histopathology.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate diagnostic information.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, adhering to quality control protocols.
• Participate in staff training and education programs to enhance laboratory skills and knowledge.
• Document and report laboratory findings, maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or equivalent, preferably from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Experience with LabMaster 2000 and Cobas 6000 analyzers is a plus.
